Leadership in concert production, arts management, and community building through collaborative artistic endeavors
School Administration at Urbanity Dance
Hannah has been working for Urbanity Dance in Boston, MA, since September 2025 on the school administrative team. She joined the organization as a regular School Administrator working one shift weekly at the desk, performing standard office and customer service tasks. Hannah realized quickly that Urbanity as an organization was very well-suited to her values, and that the community she found herself in each weekend was one she hoped to immerse herself further into. After a few weeks in the School Administrator role, Hannah was eager to contribute more to Urbanity, and took on a number of additional hours, covering for others on the team who were sick during the fall season.
When the person who held the position of Lead School Administrator at Urbanity had to step away from it unexpectedly in early October (2025), Hannah was promoted to the supervising role. She is thrilled to have assumed additional responsibility within the organization as head of the school's customer service team, facilities management, and Work-Study program. Hannah looks forward to continuing this work in the years to come, and aspires to leave a positive splash on the organization by celebrating the systems they have in place which work well, improving upon those that will benefit from it, and implementing new tools where they are still needed. Hannah hopes her administrative leadership at Urbanity will contribute to a healthy and supported working environment for other administrators, and a memorably positive experience for students and their families alike.
Artistic Direction
During her time as a dance student at Mount Holyoke College, Hannah had the privilege to collaborate with other students as an Artistic Director for two different concerts.

"Epiphany" Concert Production
In 2024, Hannah partnered with her peer, Emma Uva, to produce the Mount Holyoke College Department of Dance's Student Choreography Concert under the guidance of visiting professor Chavi Bansal.
"Soul Ties" Concert Production
From September 2024 - March 2025, Hannah collaborated with fellow graduating seniors Meghan MacBeath and Molly Brown to produce the Mount Holyoke Dance Department Senior Capstone Concert, "Soul Ties," with guidance from Associate Professor Barbie Diewald.
Both concerts were hugely successful, and featured choreographic work from several different students, spanning an array of dance genres and aesthetics.
Works-in-Progress
As an Independent Study in Arts Management during her final two years as a student at Mount Holyoke, Hannah assisted the dance department faculty with a vision they had been wishing to bring to life for many years: an informal student choreography showcase. Under the oversight of Assistant Professor Shakia Barron in the fall of 2023, Hannah worked to make the faculty dream a reality, creating everything from the posters, to the registration form, to the event schedule, and more. She additionally arranged for an alumna of Mount Holyoke's Dance program, Katherine Kain, to join the students for the evening as an adjudicator and conversational lead. Throughout the event, Hannah facilitated the discussion, as well as the limited technical elements of the production.
In the fall of 2024, anticipating her upcoming graduation from the college, Hannah recruited and trained two younger dance students (Ryanne McCann and Mia Frias) to prepare and facilitate the Works-in-Progress event. Together, the three of them executed a second rendition of the evening, reimagining it in an entirely different, yet equally impactful format from the previous year. Hannah is pleased that Ryanne and Mia will be carrying the event's legacy into its third year in 2025.

Collaborate on Administrative Projects
Without proper oversight, art often falls through the cracks. If budgets, schedules, fundraising, and press releases aren’t your jam, maybe I can help! That way, you can focus on the creativity that matters most to you.
